How Compression works?

Compression equals lymphatic movement. This technology was initially used by medicine to treat a variety of circulatory conditions, such as lymphedema, post-surgery swelling, and deep vein thrombosis.

It was around 25 years ago, it was recognized by the sporting fraternity and utilized to improve exercise performance and recovery. Compression is now commonplace and widely used in the circles of the sporting elite.

FLOWpresso delivers progressive pressure in a controlled cycle of inflation and deflation to naturally activate movement within the body. Multiple chambers will inflate and deflate and can be individually programmed to ensure an optimal experience.

Far Infrared Heat

This far infrared red therapy provides warmth to each of the four sections of the suit to encourage sleep promotion and relaxation in a way that helps restore balance and improve the overall state of health. It has also been indicated that Far infrared may help in fat loss, by breaking down trapped fat, waste, and cellulite, helping with chronic fatigue, water retention, skin disorders, and the general detoxification of modern polluters from our bodies.

Deep Pressure Therapy

This generates a profoundly relaxing effect allowing the body to rest and release the daily stressors of life.

What is the lymphatic system?

A coordinated network of tissues, vessels, and organs working together to move a colorless, watery fluid called lymph back into your circulatory system (your bloodstream) after it delivers nutrients to cells and tissues and collects the waste. By returning lymph to the bloodstream it helps to maintain normal blood volume and pressure and helps prevents the excess buildup of fluid around the tissues (called edema).

It's the body's disease-fighting system and has multiple functions.

Monitors and maintains fluid levels in your body by collecting the excess fluid from cells and tissue and returning it to your bloodstream to recirculate

Protects against foreign invaders such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi by producing and releasing white blood cells and other immune cells

Absorbs Digestive tract fats and transports them back to the blood system

Removes cellular waste and abnormal cells from the Lymph

The benefits of Lymphatic drainage are:

  • Improves the flow
  • Reduces swelling
  • Accelerates Tissue detox
  • Supports the immune system
  • Reduces inflammation and Chronic pain

  • Improves digestive complaints
